Dr Fatema Vali , a visionary leader and entrepreneur graduated from Indira Gandhi Medical College Nagpur. She has done studies and research in Pathology from Hammersmith Hospital, London. She has received Masters in Business Administration from Bury College, Lancashire, UK specializing in Healthcare.

Dr Chandra Shekhar serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Central Hospital Sharjah in the UAE. His career has seen a transition from clinical practice to management sector over around two decades.
He worked as a Specialist Intensivist and Anesthetist for around a decade with brands like Fortis and Care in India. After completing his management studies from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India, he has been spearheading the turnarounds in business and organizational planning and team development while also increasing the brand’s visibility and growth.
In UAE , Dr Chandra Shekhar has a proven track record with brands like Zulekha Hospital Dubai and
International Modern Hospital Dubai, leading healthcare organizations in this region.

JOINT COMMISSION INTERNATIONAL (JCI) ACCREDITATION:
Central Hospital Sharjah started the journey to accreditation in 2017. The purpose was to provide quality and safe services to patients. Through the process of accreditation, we achieved a world class healthcare institution. This was done by standardisation of our processes and systems. The process of accreditation also strengthen patients’ trust.
Post accreditation, Central Hospital has ongoing efforts in ensuring full compliance with the JCI hospital standards.. The accreditation process has helped us in identifying critical components of patient safety.
